Worst excuse for a prosthesis clinic. They can do nothing right when it comes to prosthetic legs. I am now with Ottoback thebPorshe of prosthetic clinics. Stay away from the Lake Havasu and Bullhead city locations.
Dave Robinson My feet require orthotics and I called the Hanger Clinic. Heidi the receptionist was efficient and friendly and always returned my calls. Diane checked my feet and took a mold for my orthotics. This is my 5th pair of inserts over the past 25 years or so and they are by far the best. Hanger has always been helpful and kind. I have always felt comfortable in their clinic.
I wish I could give them ZERO stars - DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. The clinicians are FANTASTIC, but the billing aspect of this company is a NIGHTMARE. They will lie to you and say you have prior authorization and you do not. They will say they submitted your claim to insurance, but they take MONTHS to do it - or will lie and say it's submitted when it's not. There are much better options in town - don't use this one.
bad service, they don't know what to do with my Bunion , when I ask them what kind of shoes I wear ? they cant answer my question, they don't give me any idea what shoes I need to wear, my foot pain a lot with any shoes I wear. Hi I really don't write reviews ,but I must say this clinic has really nice and friendly people here. Specially Elizabeth Oswald she is so amazing ,I lost both of my legs feeling soo lost and confused not knowing what's to expect, how I'm going to get thur this .Because I was always very active.She,made me feel so comfortable, and she was very patient with me .She made sure I understood the process and how it works and answer all my questions, she gave me the sources and connections I needed .Let me know that life isn't ... read more
It's been a few months I'm getting custom orthodics with sneakers and a foot brace I can't walk without them if I do I will get more damage done to my feet so I'm in a wheelchair untill I get them I understand things happen and causes time delays but atleast let me no what's going on please I'm asking for help my life is horrible in this wheelchair.
My daughter has scoliosis and we were so lucky to have Cindy helping us with her brace. She is amazing. She took the time at each appointment to make sure that the brace fit and that my daughter was doing ok. I cannot recommend her enough!!
My initial experience with Hanger was alright. As a recent amputee I depended on them for guidance and support. I had a prosthetist named Rebecca. A more caring young lady would be difficult to find. Late last summer I went for a new socket on my artificial leg. I was not allowed to see Rebecca. Instead I dealt with Mr Knapp. I should have known I was in for trouble when on 4 (FOUR) separate occasions they requested my orders.
