I really hate to give a one star review but this place earned it. I brought in a prescription for orthotics. I told them my insurance company said they would cover the cost of them. This person refused to even check with my insurance company to verify they would pay. Instead she very rudely said if I wanted them I would have to pay $500 out of pocket. Recently, I spoke with Eva in the Hanger Clinic within Sevierville, TN. Eva is the Office Administrator at the Sevierville Office. I have not meet her in person yet but was have spoken on the telephone multiple times. Eva is always so helpful, kind, knowledgeable and diligent with follow-ups. Jessica, who is my Prosthetist in Knoxvville, but in Sevierville, she is the Clinic Manager. Eva the office administrator went out of her way to reschedule my appointment twice. She called me to offer me a spot because someone had canceled and you never see a business that does that anymore. As soon as I walked in, she let me know. There was a slight delay and apologized and offered a cup of coffee. This is the most well run business I have encountered in quite a while.
Eva and Wanda were very nice. Wanda really helped me with my foot pain. I would give this office 10 stars if I could. Everyone was very professional and I will definitely recommend them.
Not happy with my experience here. First of all they had a hard time getting what I needed, they ordered what should've been simple carpal tunnel sleeping braces for my wrists. They got lost in the mail they said, then they had my wife come in to bring my ID to show for my insurance to pay for my braces and there was like 5 dogs there in the office that jumped all over her and she's allergic.
