I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and accountability at Hanger Clinic. After weeks of back-and-forth, multiple delays, repeated requests for additional paperwork, I was finally scheduled to receive my AFO. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was told it had been cancelled - something I was never informed about. This was the third time Hanger directed me back to my primary doctor for additional paperwork, causing unnecessary delays, resulting in no forward progress.
