The worst, dishonest retailer I have ever been,period. – I was referred by my Surgeon to purchase a Lumbar back brace and my insurance was billed $625.00 of which $306.09 I was responsible to pay for. I later looked it up on the internet and could buy the same brace for $99.00 on Amazon. I called them to try to re-cope some $ and was told "well beings you had insurance the maximum we could charge you is$309.06. Be carefull and do your homework before using this Company! – I purchased a Orthotic Walker (boot) with them in 2008 for my wife. They charged us out of pocket $194.54 and the insurance company over $726.79 (prices were for the boot and consultation). She reinjured her ankle in 2010 and broke one of the plastic pieces on the boot, so we went in to speak with Hangar who told me that these items were only supposed to last 6 months and refused to help us. unethical practice – This places charges cash but beware--they don't refund. Make sure they bill you for what's treated because they billed me for treating both legs when only one leg was treated. They also bill your insurance after they take your cash. They will not refund your cash even after they are paid by your insurance. BIG TIME RIPOFF.
