WHEN DID HANGER GET SO RUDE ? ? ? – I've dealt with Hanger- a lot- over the years. They were always very friendly and accomodating before. BUT..... I called for an appointment this morning, and a receptionist by the name of 'DEBBIE' answered the phone. What an awful person. She was cold, uncaring, very irritating. After repeating every piece of my information to her at least 3 times (hearing problem???), she REALLY turned to ice when I mentioned I had MEDICARE. So, now, I'm looking for a new ORTHO store.
