Have been trying to get my husband, Robert in to get shoes, all of the paperwork from doctors has been filled out and sent to Hanger. They keep contacting him letting him know a referral has been made by his doctor. When I call Hanger they say they can’t set an appointment for him, no real explanation as to why or when I can. This has been going on since January. There is an office here in Jackson, Michigan, what is going on here?
Horrible service. Been 13 months with a socket that doesn't fit and hurts. Six month ago got new socket with silicon liner attached to socket. Never taking in acct have very limited hand ability. Never able to put on so had to wear without attached liner. Caused soars and blisters. Waiting for appt to get cast for a new socket. Maybe in another 4 months. Horrible company. Slow and worthless.
I can not thank the Hanger clinic enough for all they have done for me. With my new brace, this is the first time in 7 years i feel safe and secure walking. Hanger clinic is amazong
