I've been trying to get a refill for diabetic shoes with custom-molded inserts since February 2023. I've been led on a constant run-around to get my order filled. First, I had all the necessary forms filled out by my MD endocrinologist and was fitted, but because my MD had retired before Hanger was ready to send my fitting to the inserts manufacture, they would not fill that prescription because my MD was now retired (even though she was active at the time the presciption was completed).
