RUDE LADY ON PHONE!!! I called and simply asked what I needed to do to get a walking boot on my daughter's fractured foot and was told " If it's a fracture, she needs to go to Prescott because where not seeing anyone today!! Also Prescott is all booked up . " So much for customer satisfaction . I think this lady needs a life check on how to treat people on the phone .
Everyone from the front desk to the technician we're super nice and professional. The technician went above and beyond to make sure my brace fit correctly.
i ordered my shoes paid in full They they called me and said I Owed them more money cause they made a mistake That is not the way you do business Once you pay for something no business Iever did business called back to ask for more money I will for sure not be back
Only Two Stars. Great service from a knowledgeable staff of techs. However, first, you have to get past the lady at the front desk, who has got to be on the Rudest Ten People of Yavapai County list. She failed to check my paperwork before my appointment. Therefore my insurance balked at coverage, although she had allowed to tech to take care of me.
