My mom felt very confident here. She thought they were super friendly.... and took time to listen to her.
Stay away from this place! Husband got fitted for foot orthotics. At their request he handed them his driver's license. They accidentally kept it. We discovered it was missing two weeks later. We re-traced our steps to try to figure out where he would have "lost" it. I called Hanger Clinic asking if they by chance had it, they did. Why would they not have called us? Scheduled an appointment here. Hours after i confirmed my appointment i got a call canceling my appointment. Apparently they aren't open on Thursdays and Fridays any more. Finally got in after rescheduling. They couldn't tell me how much my copay was. Got measured for a knee brace. The person helping me showed me a $90 knee brace from his laptop. He said they didn't have any braces in stock. I asked him how much my copay would be. He went out and asked the person at the front desk to look into what my copay would be. 30 minu... read more
