DO NOT GO HERE. VERY STUPID PEOPLE WORKING AT THE FRONT DESK. THEY LOST MY VERIFICATION PAPERS AND CLINICAL NOTES FROM MY DOCTOR FIVE TIMES. I AM DONE WITH THOSE IDIOTS.
After being promised a phone call when my ordered brace came in, I heard nothing from them until I called. First I was told that it came in late on the friday before and when I asked why I hadn t been called that morning I was told they were busy seeing clients. Got nothing but excuses and then was told I needed an appt to pick up my brace. Just want to share my horrible experience with a Hanger clinic in Wilmington NC that I had today. Today I had an evaluation appointment for my daughter, I called because we were stuck in traffic and would be about 10-15 minutes late. The representative on the phone, was extremely rude and told me that my appointment was at 3,, not 3:15. (what I was told when I made the appointment weeks earlier). I recommend NOT doing business with the Hanger Clinic in Council Bluffs, IA. The orthotics that were made were fine but the customer service personnel who works at the desk and who files the insurance provides the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in any doctors office ever. Her name is Annette and you will not receive friendly service from her at all.
If you need a prosthetic devise do your self a favor and do not use Hanger Clinic in Oak Lawn, IL, if you have a problem with the devise they give up on you.

I love this place. The staff is so professional and knowledgeable. I will never forget my first visit there, I was welcomed by a lady I called "Mea". She was a God sent; she attended to my need with love and concern. Since that day in 2009, I have continued to do business with Hangers in Greenville even though I live in another city. Verna
Horrible customer service!!! The receptionists are very rude and the office manager doesnt care either. Unless you like being treated poorly I would stay away.
