Pésimo servicio, llevo tiempo detrás de unos AFO brace para mi niño, y solo dicen que no tienen la aprobación, pero es pura negligencia del departamento, todos los que trabajan ahí no lo hacen por ayudar a las personas lo hacen por interés al dinero, estoy muy molesta porque no piensan en la salud de los pacientes, como ellos no tienen esas necesidades que otros tenemos, si tuviera la oportunidad de ir a otro lado lo haría pero por desgracia son los únicos que hacen esas cosas que mi niño necesita.

Office is horrible ive been waiting for new socket few months my insurance stopped working with hanger I switched insurance I had a prescription signed by old. DR NEW insurance came with new Dr they kept running old prescription wouldn't go thru i kept telling them I need new prescription for new Dr office said no it don't matter after several attempts I contacted Angie she called Anthony got me new prescription 2 hours after I submitted it insurance started processing.office staff at counter don't listen it was very frustra... read more

My brother joseph thomas has been trying for months to get his new leg he had to go to a different doctor and get a new perscription for the leg he went in to give new perscription girl in office told him I submitted your old one and wouldn't accept the new persciption i hope someone in charge sees this and does something about this person because joe drives from fresno to do this because he didn't want to switch facility yet
