By far the worst place to go. I had an appointment set up for months in advance. They canceled my appointment without letting me know, because my doctor decided to take a vacation even though we had this appointment scheduled months in advance! I tried calling two days ago to confirm my appointment , but their phones are not working. I got a text message from them yesterday confirming that I had an appointment. So I drove an hour to get here, just for them to tell me they can’t help me and turned me away.
I love Hanger. Finally back to doing things I haven't done since my amputation. Happiness and quality of life is back. Thank you Jed, for your attention to detail, you rock brother! 🙏
For a couple of years I’ve even getting my diabetic shoes from hangar clinic in Visalia I have had trouble with them getting my right shoe to fit right due to 2 amputation my right shoe size is smaller this time it was the same problem only this time the shoe and insert caused a large blister well it popped my podiatrist wanted the insert redone so I went tii ok the office and talked to the person that did my shoes we discussed what could be done and her reply totally shocked me she ask me what I think should be done to fix ... read more

They dropped me like a bad habit lol. Or should I say they hung me out to dry. I first went in November 2024 on my rbka. They finally get the prosthetic the foot's too big. Come December they're to order me a new foot. They said it would take a couple of weeks. They also said my provider was out for 2 weeks. So I waited January rolls around I call them up the person's still out my foot hasn't came in I let him know that I'm having issues okay let me know when my foot comes in I'll take care of it then.
