I highly recommend going to this clinic. The staff there were very kind and understanding. I liked working with Katie. She understood everything that we were going through with the process of the helmet. I recommend it to anyone that needs there service.

Getting an appointment is very difficult and they say even if there is redness plz make the baby wear the helmet it’s ok If it’s red even extremely red n looks bruised but they will not adjust the helmet Also I felt they are extremely rude They need to do some courses in customer relation management for sure I have only met 2 people there And both are the same Quite dissatisfied

Very unfriendly and rude patient service from Lindy Schulenberg. I always leave her office unsatisfied. Every visit she is not willing to take the time to answer questions and concerns, as if any question will bother her and get on her nerves. Her facial expressions and negative attitude says it all. She even unreasonably misdiagnosed my daughter’s head for getting “flatter” and blamed me for leaving her on that side for too long when my daughter never stays still in one position for a split second because she’s a toddler an... read more

I was previously going to another hanger clinic in Goodyear. Decided to schedule an appointment with Kate, very glad I did. Kate was very sweet and nice with my daughter and extremely patient. Love this location will only be going here from now on. Amazing experience and great friendly staff.
