DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! MY FIRST APPT THE CLINICIAN FORGOT TO SHOW UP, THEN SHOWED UP HOURS LATE TO THE RESCHEDULED APPT. 4 MONTHS LATER AFTER WAITING FOR HANGER TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET THE PAPERWORK APPROVED I GET AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE THE ORTHOTICS DELIVERED AND FITTED, AND AN HOUR BEFORE THE APPT I GET A CALL CANCELLING MY APPOINTMENT. WHEN I EXPRESS TO THE GIRL WHO CALLED ME THAT I HAD BEEN WAITING FOR 4 MONTHS AND I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY APPOINTMENT AGAIN, SHE BECA... read more
I have a bad experience here because they said that my boot was 45$ and just sent us a bill of $180 saying that we have to pay full price.
Bad experience. Kid who does orthotics doesn't know what he's doing. Took them back after the few months "break in" period and again he knew nothing. I asked to speak to manager of the facility and every excuse was given why I couldn't. So, I'm left with useless inserts and painful feet. The guy at their Webster location was far superior to this kid.
