I drive over 500 miles each way just to come see Stoney at the cypress fallbrook location Because this guy is the best. He’s always taking great care of me And I will drive to this location anytime for my prosthetics just to deal with Stoney. I trust this guy 100%

Do NOT go here for orthotics. After 2-1/2 months of non-stop bruising and possibly plantar fasciitis, I never got a wearable pair. My experience started with them delivering a single orthotic, because they were clueless on how to create a standard order for a pair. Unfortunately, it never got any better. As an orthotics wearer for over 10 years, I have never before experienced an orthotics provider that could not deliver a comfortable pair on the first fitting. They never succeeded after 2-1/2 months of nonstop incompetence.
The team always does really well fitting us into the schedule to repair and adjust the scoliosis support brace. I really appreciate the quick service and help to stay on track with our treatment plan. Thank You!
The worst place I've been to! Hanger needs better people to work at these places. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
