Anything medical these days are pricey. However the customer service was great.
The staff is ok; however just like most practices it's like they're money hungry; money that most families do not have. I would recommend for clients to look else where when getting any prosthetics CTPO tells you to go to hanger, at least look around. How did we pay roughly $700sh allegedly with insurance just to switch from CTPO to another doctor and for the doctor to tell us that what we need without insurance was $200. That's wild. I've been to hanger clinic before and they weren't very good thought when they got a new owner after all they're illegal problems that might change there are other companies besides hanger out there oh they know how to do is buy good companies and then make them bad, they have no problem selling products but as far as warranty they refuse to do that
The Hangar clinic located at 555D Round Rock West Dr, Round Rock, TX 78681, is a complete joke & unprofessional. My overall experience with the Hangar clinic, was a total slap in the face. It first started with them changing my appointment location, from the one closest to me. It then became even more frustrating when I showed up at 7:55 A.M. for my 8:00 A.M. scheduled appointment, just to sit there and wait til almost 8:15 for them to show up and open the doors. But wait!
