I wanted to write a new and fair review. Kent Wiggins is the absolute best! He reviewed my initial review and went above and beyond to make the experience what it should have been from the beginning. Everyone has an off day so no hard feelings. Thank you all again, my daughter is using her brace and getting stronger each day!
I don’t want to write a negative review based off my experience with Lyn but she needs a refresher on professional, compassionate, and customer service. She came in and told me that the insurance wouldn’t cover my daughter’s full brace and I asked if they were considered out of network because my daughter’s ded and oopm are met. I have been overwhelmed by the kindness and compassion both times I have walked in desperate for new brace straps! I wear a leg brace 24/7, every day and when a strap breaks, I am in trouble. Kent and the staff at Hangar worked me in on a BUSY Monday and were amazing. I pray many blessings on this place as they bless this community. 💖
