I've always had good experiences with these guys. Very knowledgeable and friendly and good prices. Lot's of airplane and heli stuff compared to some other LHS's which is more what I am looking for. Wish I was a little closer to them!
YOU GOT TO CHECK THIS OUT! No other store in the Triangle with give you that much attention and service (I tried!). From purchasing something - without being SOLD something - to repairs and advice on best use: This is the place to go! What I find particularly cool is that there ALWAYS are other people from R/C clubs hanging out there, sharing their experience of different vehicles with you! This is a great place for people buying their first R/C model as well for those who have been around the R/C block for a while! Don't buy anything from any other store before having checked out Hangar 18! They had a model or a car the other stores in the Triangle said isn't officially for sale yet! WELL: I own one now ;)
They have a great selection of materials for miniature painting. I found the smallest tip paint brush here. It was just what I was looking for.
Awesome place! Lots of RC cars,boats,helicopters,planes. Many parts in stock. Tons of table top games. Pine car Derby kits and rockets. Call store for race days! Great staff :)
