Very impressed. Took in our 2 e-bikes for minor repairs and tune ups. They listened carefully to our concerns and did everything we asked them to do in the time frame they gave us. The bikes look brand new. Love this place.
Solid 3 stars. Nice staff.. but they 100% missed a $100-$200 upsale. I got the repairs I asked for. I was at a distracted time in my life and forgot that I wanted them to give it good look-see and recommendations. They did JUST the repair I asked for on my e-bike. But when I picked it up, I noticed that I had forgotten that my back light was broken and my bike could have used a good cleanup and tuneup. Had they offered, I’d have gladly accepted. Brought my bike in for a noise coming from the fork that I couldn’t diagnose myself. The guys here diagnosed the issue in 5 minutes and then took the time to give me all my options and pricing. Decided to go with fixing the fork and they were able to fix it in a reasonable amount of time given it’s the middle of the summer and they had plenty of other bikes to work on. I'm impressed with the customer service at Hangar 15 bikes in South Jordan. I replaced the tire and tube on my wife's Trek bike. I noticed the rear disk hydraulic brakes weren't working at all. I looked at the hours of Hangar 15 bikes. It said they were open until 7:00 pm. I realized if I hurried I could get there by about 6:30pm I got down there and they were able to fix the brakes by adding brake fluid in under 10 minutes. it was almost completely empty.
