We made an appointment for someone to come out and give us an estimate to replace one of our blinds and repair the rest. Robert, the owner, came out and gave us a quote, which we felt was reasonable. He asked for half the money up front. We gave it to him, which isn't something we would normally do, but we felt comfortable doing so in this instance.
