I had a pre employment drug screening, I got there maybe like 830 and was registered and out the door by 9. Really fast, however the medical assistant did say it gets busy later during the afternoon. The bathroom and office were clean as well.
Nothing urgent about this place. take a tape recorder because they offer no paperwork on your condition when the exam is done. the doctor hides and the person up front who wants you to do paperwork tells you to go back to work. back to work. they obviously work for the insurance people. Just my hurting arm opinion. I hope it gets better. I have no instructions, other than light duty. see me in three weeks. they probably never heard about R.I.C.E. Worse place to get a drug screen completed! Waited over an hour, used the restroom twice while waiting to be called!!!! Lady in the front desk should fired, poor customer service!
Dr.Miller is an amazing unique doctor who goes beyond what is expected. He is very happy and positive Doctor, his personality and smile help a lot on a psychological level on treating patients. He cares for the patients and tries his best If there is any award for the best Doctor, it should go to Dr.Miller. The reception staff is also very friendly and resourceful and try to work with patients with schedules and walk-ins.
