Not a CrossFit type of person but a friend got me to start going and it has been a blast. This gym in Hanford is the best. Great coaches and members! Very welcoming and great workouts for beginners to advanced! Hit them up if your looking to get into shape or just visiting and looking for a spot to drop in.
