Took my wifes truck in for some concers we had, we have a call back that everything is "normal" and wanted to charge us 600$ for the diagnosis. After going back and forth with Patrick, he checked our warranty and "now" supposedly the warranty could pick up 200$ (which to me it looked like they never even runned our factory warranty they just wanted to charge us the amount, guessing less of a head ache for them). Very poor customer contact. Particularly my fail. I should have reviewed previous reviews of this business...then I would not have been so blinded to the conclusion of a regular business transaction. Poor customer service!!!
