poor business practice/hiding chipped glass and trying to get more money to replace it.

Highly recommend. Their work is good. they are reliable and do high quality installations.
If they would follow up with their promises. I had a picture window broken in my garage the first of April. I called them and was told he was very busy and it would be 6 weeks. I said that is fine. After seven weeks I called them back and was told that he was still very busy but I was on the list. Waited another month and called back and was told that his worker had been sick and that I was number one on the list. A month later and still nothing, I am done.
Replaced our windshield..excellent work and great kindness.
They cut a piece of glass to repair a panel in the light box above our kitchen island and cut and installed a mirror in one of my favorite large picture frames. They did an awesome job and it was great price with a quick turnaround �.
