When I brought my mower in for service I was told 2 weeks, It has now been 6 weeks. I have tried calling 4 different days where I could not get anyone to answer the phone. I have called the Athens branch asking for help, they admitted that the Vinemont store does not answer the phone and suggested I go by the location to check on my mower.
