One of my main springs for my old heavy garage door was snapped when I went to leave the house this morning. Haney came out within 20 minutes of calling. Mike was professional enough and walked me through visible damage of the door and what he would recommend be replaced, but WITHOUT pressuring me to buy anything except the broken spring I needed replaced. I called Haney Door service on a Saturday for a small emergency. Needed a new opener and keypad fixed for my mom. They sent someone out that day even though their office was closed. Josue the tech was very friendly and got the job done quickly. He even drove back to the shop and came back to get the right part. I appreciate their extra effort to get it done so quickly.
