Dr. Hanes is amazing. She helps with illness, injury, and preventive care. I have been a patient for five years and she knows her business. My health has improved since I became her patient.
In the times we are in this office is the most disgusting people to work with. I called in for refill and was told I had to make an appointment and only would let me come in 3 days during my work. I asked about the cost for the visit and I became upset. The times we are in right now money is tight and to pay to just get a refill was absurd. I had been into to see the Dr within last 6 months. I've been a patient for over 20 years. She's always been very helpful and listens to my concerns. If something comes up unexpected, they do their best to accommodate us and get us in as quickly as possible.
She is very caring and has great concern about the wellness of her patients! I've been a patient for 22 years.
