Have annual maintenance program (spring/fall) with Josh, as well as he has installed A/C and Furnace over these past few years. Prompt, thorough, and meticulous with his installation and service work. Left work areas clean and tidy.

When Josh came to my home I explained my situation of my cooling system still working but not blowing cold. After inspection and investigation it was concluded that my system might have a very small leak and Josh suggested a product that is a 'leak stop' made for AC systems. Then the system was topped off with freon. This option was a much more affordable solution for my budget than to replace my entire system. 5 stars and more! This company was above and beyond my expectations! I first called and talked with a lady who told me a tech would call to set up a time. I though this would take at least 1-2hours BUT it was only like 10min! The tech was on time, professional, kind, and very knowledgeable! I don’t think I have ever had someone replace a part and fix something in my home so fast! They emailed me my invoice with a pay option and it even was the easiest payment process ever! Call them you won’t regret it!

Hanes offered great service, was very knowledgeable and had our AC cooling in no time. Already have scheduled another service appt with them to check the heating and air in our all seasons room. Fair and honest and would absolutely recommend!
