we had a basement carpet that had several puckers/wrinkles in it and it definitely needed stretched. I had not used Haines before but they did a great job. I'm very happy with how the carpet looks now. they are very professional and friendly and I learned some things about carpet from them! I'd definitely recommend these guys!
Ron came out with his son on time. Gave me a fair quote on my pet damaged carpet. Work was completed quickly and beyond my expectations. I recommend him to everyone. I’ll be using him in the future.
Ron and his son Adam were friendly, efficient, and affordable. We had a piece of carpet that ripped at the threshold to LVP. I called, Ron answered right away, I told him what happened. Sent a couple pictures and within 36 hours, our carpet is fixed at a great price. Highly recommend this family business.
Haines Carpet Service was great! They responded to my call right away, came out promptly to give us an estimate, then came back to do the work in short order. We had a very long and challenging expanse of carpet, but they handled it perfectly. I would highly recommend!
