Was referred to Ron by NFM store about doing some carpet work. Ron said that he can do it Tuesday of next week. He went out to look at it and then when I reached out about it he told me that he's booked for 2 months. He wasted my time and lied about his availability. I'm not sure why people that are supposed to be professionals lead you on like that and waste your time if they had no intention of doing honest work. Excellent service. My dog chewed up two spots in my carpet. Ron got both spots fixed perfectly. Highly recommend.

we had a basement carpet that had several puckers/wrinkles in it and it definitely needed stretched. I had not used Haines before but they did a great job. I'm very happy with how the carpet looks now. they are very professional and friendly and I learned some things about carpet from them! I'd definitely recommend these guys!

Ron came out with his son on time. Gave me a fair quote on my pet damaged carpet. Work was completed quickly and beyond my expectations. I recommend him to everyone. I’ll be using him in the future.

Ron and his son Adam were friendly, efficient, and affordable. We had a piece of carpet that ripped at the threshold to LVP. I called, Ron answered right away, I told him what happened. Sent a couple pictures and within 36 hours, our carpet is fixed at a great price. Highly recommend this family business.
