got my load info the day before and was dreading coming here, about 3/4 trailer floor load. arrived at 1130 for a 1pm appt, they had just started lunch. got a door at 1215, locked me in at 1245, done at 1330. so now instead of hand stacking they (and more and more shippers have this) use a fork lift that lifts the freight off of the pallet. incredible time save.
