Showed up immediately to give estmate, and that was on a Friday stated could do the work that weekend and would call us , Never called or showed up, we tried to call him (Ernest) to find out when he was coming no answer, so we tried calling again on Monay he (Ernest) told us he would be there at 10a.m. no call no show, we tried calling Ernest again no answer, finally he returned our call stated he had an emegency for family whos heater went out, (ok understandable) told us he would call us back and promised he would show up ... read more
