If I can give 10 stars to Alan at HandyPro I would! Extremely professional, pleasant and did an amazing job on my kitchen ceiling. He was very meticulous in his work! I will be using Handy Pro moving forward and I recommend this company very highly. Thank you Alan! I will be calling you in the next couple of weeks for my bathroom faucet.
Communication with this company is extremely sub par. They have a call center in Chicago or Michigan who relays the info to “managers” in the specific location, which inevitably gets lost in translation. It’s been 2 times now that they have told me I had someone scheduled to come out, and they never did. I guess the lack of communication is just as external as it is internal because trying to get a hold of these managers or craftsman is another struggle. First time I ever needed a handyman and Alan came same day, the quality of the service was perfect along with detailed explanation from him so he can earn your trust which he really did.
