So back at the beginning of May I had a company called Bath planet come out to remodel my wet area, the shower and bathtub area and I still needed the rest of my bathroom to be remodeled so I called up Handy Pros Of Northwest Indiana. I booked a door installation 2 months in advance. The door was supposed to be delivered and installed on Monday April 22nd. The installer shows up thinking it was just an appointment for measuring the doorway. I don't know how they got there information messed up. He proceeded to measure the doorway and said he was going to go get the door. He never brought the door that day said he would have to have help getting it on and off the truck. He never showed up the following day either. I tried to call his number and he never an... read more

I had an appointment scheduled with this company during the day on a Friday. My husband took off work to be home and meet with the contactor. The guy no call no showed on us. Two hours later I got a call from the supervisor making excuses for the guy and trying to reschedule. I said it was fine and made an appointment for a Monday evening so that my husband could be home this time. Guy just called and said he was having 'car problems' and needed to reschedule again.
