David and his co worker arrived on time. Both are friendly and presentable. Using a service elevator they brought 6 huge boxes from the lobby to the 20th Floor. They took my old mattress outside to their truck. Then put together two adjustable base XL twin size foot incline beds. After that they took apart my old huge couch. Took it outside to their truck.
