I did not paint over his caulking. The issue was that Mo used the wrong material from the start. All of the other windows in my home are sealed with black exterior-grade caulking, yet Mo applied clear silicone, which did not match and was inappropriate for the job despite his assurance that he would match the existing work. After multiple missed appointments and poor communication, Mo returned and attempted to redo the work, but again used incorrect materials and left a visibly poor finish.
