It took several months for my other review to approve so I am not going to edit it to reply to Mark’s response. 1. I do not have seven kids, nor am I the age he states, nor did he “know we were struggling”. Haha. I never stated any of that to him. So he’s just outright making things up. Also feeling “sorry” for somebody because they have kids at an age you perceive as young is degrading. We were not struggling. He is trying to make himself look kind and generous. 2. Absolutely horrible. Contacted Mark to convert our garage into a bedroom. Upon arriving he said we never mentioned wanting a walk in closet, I went back through my messages and I had told him. Right after Mark left our house to look at our garage, he said he got permits and wanted the $300 for them. Before we even had a contract. I thought it was weird but didn’t want to get off on the wrong foot. He tried multiple times to get us to cash app the money, we wrote a check instead.
