Unprofessional, unprepared, incompetent and deceitful. That was my miserable experience with one workman who broke more than he fixed. Customer service was no better. He told me to run out and find a part before he came, complained about having to pay for parking, raced through in 40 minutes when i paid for 60 and the work was far from complete. Made an appointment over the phone. The handyman called to inquire what my job was and then said he couldn't make it today even though the company had set the appointment for that day. I called the company back, and they said they would find someone asap. Haven't heard back. Save yourself time by contacting a handyman or contractor directly and not a company that seems to be outsourcing to others.

Responded in a timely matter to request for service.Promptly provided a written estimate outlining the services to be performed.The technicians arrived as planned and performed the repairs as stated.

All the 5-star reviews are well deserved. the company did a fantastic job installing my new garage door opener and surely they will be my first call for future garage needs.The man that came to our house is warm and friendly, skilled and professional, trustworthy and fair.
