We had a great experience working with Jeff Borchers. He expertly came up with a plan for solving the humidity problem in our attic and found good and reasonable solutions customized to our house. Between helping to care for aging parents, their deaths, and the pandemic, my house suffered from “squeaky wheel syndrome” — meaning only the most urgent problems got any attention. Hired Jeffrey Borcher in June 8th, 2020 to install a sump pump and remediate some microbial growth in my crawlspace. Extremely thorough, professional, and very responsive. Was very impressed with his services and plan to use him for future handy man services as he seemed very knowledgeable and handy on a variety of trades.
Theif, plain and simple, took 2 grand from my mother and never came back. Stay clear of this loser.
The WORST person for the job. I garuntee my 93 year old father could do a better job AND he wouldn't have cheated me out of 15000 dollars. For the work that he did do, it was all unfinished and crappy looking. The only good thing he did was leave our property and never come back. He also left us a few rusty, old tools that we can't and won't use, lucky us! (Btw, Jeff, you might wanna get your tongue ring checked out, because I think it's infected. Do you ever get food stuck in there?)
