Best Handyman in Columbus We needed our fluorescent fixtures repaired. The first contractor changed out our T12 ballast to T8, but then only 2 of the 4 tubes would work. We then called Handyman Services in Columbus and they came out and looked at the set-up and told us that it was wired incorrectly. Handyman rewired the ballast and we now had all 4 tubes lighting.
