Start off by saying, I though I had found someone that I could count on to be professional and get the job done as agreed. (based on his 5 star reviews) Unfortunately, things did not pan out that way for me. In August of 22' I had Dave stop by my Bradenton home to look at a few small projects. Dave provided the quote. I wrote a check for $1950.00 as a down payment. Today is 2/2/23 and only one task on the list was completed. In addition, my last two emails from Dec and Jan have gone unanswered. Complete Disappointment.

Dave was excellent to work with and we are very pleased with the result. He gave us a clear quote for the work. He and his colleague were thorough and tidy. The work was solid (we needed a new shelf for our clothes dryer). I know our building management was also impressed. I’m glad to have found such a well qualified handyman on Longboat Key. I just hope he remembers me once the secret is out!

Dave has done work on my home several times. His craftsmanship and professionalism are outstanding. I especially liked how quickly, yet carefully the jobs were done. When he was finished there were no spare parts or random nails left behind. Thank you, Dave.
