Need bathroom ceiling fan repaired/replaced. They eventually showed up after rescheduling for several weeks. They looked at the fixture, left, came back and said they could not find one that would fit and they would try to order one. Paid $50, have yet to hear anything, and don't expect that I will.Â
I would leave a 0 star review if I could. I am utterly disgusted by the so-called "service" provided by this contractor through Angie's List. Hiring them to install a garage door opener was a mistake, and I want to ensure that others don't fall into the same trap. The level of deceit and scamming this individual displayed is beyond reprehensible. They were supposed to be at my house by 3pm, but did they bother to show up? Of course not. They were quick and very polite. They installed my garbage disposal in half the time I thought it would’ve taken. I highly recommendÂ
Went through Lowe’s Installation Services, and they contracted out the work to this company. Very rude and unprofessional. Did not show up at original appointment time, and when asked he said it was a temporary time. No communication until after I called Lowe’s to question the appointment time, and they stated the contractor changed it for later in the day without asking us the customer.
