Jon did renovation work for us and several things needed to be fixed and he promised time after time to return and never did. They nailed the laminate flooring which voids the lifetime warrantee. Jon sold us on this floor due to the lifetime warranty. There is an area where the floor is buckling. The front door was not installed properly and I have to throw my shoulder into it in order to get out.
