Louie and crew (Mark and Joe) were top notch. Their work ethic and professionalism cannot be beat. Louie said he would have my bathroom done by Christmas (about a month) and he was spot on. They were timely and worked hard and long hours to get it done. It was indeed a great present. I had fun designing it, and Louie was invaluable with providing me ideas and keeping me on track for things I preferred to order myself.
