I came to IVA Construction with a custom idea built-in idea for our front entry. They worked with me every step of the way to make sure my vision became a reality. Detail-oriented, the job was executed quickly and beautifully. I look forward to working with them again.
Well, he showed up 40 minutes early to the initial consultation. He didn't speak much and only offered a very high verbal estimate, seemingly to just get out of there. I asked if he was send me a written estimate and he said he would but he never did. The whole experience seemed very suspicious. My 1 star is the result of the consultation, no idea the quality of their work.
