Peter was very helpful at first but on installing our drywall, he hit a water pipe and caused water damage under our floors. At first he admitted fault and apologized. I got a few different evaluations and was told the flooring needed to be replaced. I talked with Peter about it and he provided a dehumidifier and fan to dry out the floor. When I told him about wanting to fix the flooring due to concern for water damage and mold, he became very aggressive and upset.
