We trusted the 5 star reviews and hired this man for a kitchen remodel. 10 months later and we had to hire a different contractor because he never showed up. He did make a few purchases for us, but then nothing. Excuse after excuse. He owed us $12,000. He admitted he owed it but just “needed more time to refund us”. We were working with another handyman who completely disappeared mid-project. I called Don, and he quickly audited the project, delivered a timeline and payment schedule, and then (most importantly) delivered on the timeline. The work looks great, and I’m looking forward to working with him again.
