Customer service skills are sub-par.
We initially schedule a handyman for 4 hours to do a few repairs around the house. We were very satisfy with the job that ended up expanding the scope of the work. The person ended up working at home for 2 days. Upon arrival, I walk the handyman through the various tasks. He was able to do them all in a timely fashion. I was very satisfy with the services from Pro Handyman Seattle. It was very easy to schedule the services and expand the scope of the services. The handyman was very professional.
I called Pro Handyman Seattle when I moved into my home to strip wallpaper from several areas in my home, remove the wood floor, repair the roof repair and clean out some of my gutters. I was pleased with their rates, customer service and the quality of the work performed as well the integrity of the technicians. I would recommend them for any work you need to have done no matter how small or large.
