I can no longer recommend Alex. While he and his team did good work and have helped us transform our home, his communication has completely broken down. He has left a current job unfinished and has not responded to my calls or texts in weeks. There’s no office or backup contact, so once he stops replying, you're left with no way to reach him. This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Based on my recent experience, I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
We had a leak in our new home about 2.5 years ago. Alex responded promptly and came within a day to give us an estimate. After giving a very fair price, he and his team showed up every day on time until the job was done. Since then, we have rehired him and his team for numerous projects, big and small, ranging from refinishing and painting the entire exterior of our house, building a deck, mounting TVs and light fixtures, and fixing leaks.
