Did not show up on time after they canceled the first appt for the estimate. The estimate was outrageous and all it was demolition work. Way off from other estimates I received.
Made an appointment for estimate 5 days in advance. I called to confirm appt between 10am and 12 the day before. No one showed up, I called at 1 the receptionist said the workman would call 1/2 before he arrived, no call, called back at 2:30 she said someone had called me and she would have him call right away, they did not call nor call me back, called again at 3:30 she said the workman said he called and he did not. Made an appointment for them to show up between 12pm and 2pm. No one showed up or called. I called the phone number and all they said was the handy man will call you. Still no one called me back. Not very professional.
