Called to get him to come out and look at some gutter work. He was all excited and ready to go and we set an appointment for the following morning. I asked if he had liability and worker's comp insurance. He said he had all that. The excitement started to wain when I asked him to bring his proof of insurance. Hung up and immediately called back as we didn't set a time. No answer. Left message about time. No reply. Sent text. No reply.
