After arranging an appointment with Cristian, he didn’t show. When called, he didn’t pick up. A week of us following up with him later, he came to do the work (2 hours late). He installed a toilet (forgetting to apply the seat hinge caps), and refused to install a bidet. Christian was a disappointment! He scheduled to do the work at my house but never showed up. Has not returned my calls or many text messages. I took the week off work to be at home while he was supposed to do the work . I do not recommend him!!! Yes he keeps sending me this link to leave overview so here it is.

I’m very disappointed with this company’s lack of communication and follow-through. I contacted them five different times over a two-week period, and each time I was told they would call me back to schedule an appointment—but they never did. I even sent photos of the work I needed done, as requested, and was told they’d have time the following week.
